While we stand behind our product and the use of simple ingredients, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions to any particular ingredient in our products. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

You have read all product descriptions, and FAQs and agree to all conditions prior to placing your order. You agree that Achilles' Love Body Care will not be responsible for any liabilities as a result of purchasing our products. You understand that most oils and butters are scented with fragrance unless specifically stated otherwise and may cause irritation if you have sensitive skin. As a precaution, you will complete a patch test as advised and discontinue use if any irritation occurs. You understand that all statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The information on this site is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Warm Weather and Shipping Disclaimer

All butters are heat sensitive and should be stored in a dry, cool place. Though heat does not impact the effectiveness of the product, it will effect texture. Due to warm weather in summer months it is possible the appearance of your product will change texture. Because we cannot control natural reactions such as melting due to heat, we cannot issue refunds for this reason. If you receive your package and find that texture has changed or melting has occurred, place jar in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow texture to resolidify. The whipped consistency will change but moisturizing benefits will remain the same. The process of whipping increases size and creates air bubbles that lightens density and changes texture which produces the exceptionally whipped body butter you love. However, if melting occurs, air bubbles collapse and volume decreases.  Our Whipped Body Butter is formulated with all natural ingredients for you to get the most benefit, therefore it contains NO chemical stabilizers or emulsifiers to prevent melting. Again, this is a natural occurrence, and we cannot issue refunds as all sales are final

While most products arrive safely, unfortunately some do not. We will do our best to ensure your product arrives to you intact using ice packs in summer months. By completing your purchase you agree to all terms and conditions as stated above and understand all sales are final.

Shipping Policy:

We offer Priority Mail Tracked and Insured shipping within 1-3 days with USPS and strive to process orders within 5-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Transit times vary based on:

  • Total distance between our facility and delivery address.
  • Post office closure or delays.

Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Lost/ Missing Package Policy

Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible once it is in transit. If your package has been confirmed via USPS as "delivered in mailbox/porch/reception etc." and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

Once your claim is filed with USPS, your mail carrier will be able to investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is often the case.

If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or for any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping cost) once it is confirmed that Achilles Love Body Care, LLC has received the product.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the personal nature of body care products and hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges and there are no exceptions to this policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, or an error is made on our behalf (wrong size or product) please contact us at, so that we may best solve the issue.
